Your Role

As the Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll support the Housekeeping Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the property. You’ll help lead the housekeeping team, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards. This role is ideal for someone who leads with Integrity, works Stronger Together, and strives to be Better Every Day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in supervising housekeeping staff and daily operations
• Conduct room inspections and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
• Train and mentor housekeeping team members
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to address guest needs
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and back-of-house
• Support scheduling and shift coverage as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
