Account Executive - Nordic Region

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive - Nordic Region in Spain.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to play a key role in expanding business operations across the Nordic market. In this position, you will lead strategic enterprise sales initiatives, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth within a rapidly evolving cybersecurity environment. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and closing complex deals with enterprise stakeholders. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting, you will partner closely with technical, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact solutions tailored to client needs. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys consultative selling, and is motivated by exceeding ambitious targets. With strong autonomy and visibility, this position offers the chance to make a measurable impact while contributing to the expansion of an innovative technology business across the Nordic region.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing of new business opportunities across the Nordic region.
  • Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and engaging enterprise prospects in Sweden, Norway, and surrounding territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales engagements while tailoring solutions and demonstrations to customer business and security needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, leadership, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies and support successful deal execution.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements to accelerate purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing best practices, supporting junior colleagues when needed, and helping strengthen sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a successful Account Executive or similar enterprise sales role with a strong record of quota achievement.
  • At least 1 year of experience within the cybersecurity industry or closely related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close new enterprise business opportunities through proactive outbound sales strategies.
  • Experience managing complex and consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with selling into Nordic markets, with an understanding of regional business culture and customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with strong prospecting and hunting capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup or high-growth environment with evolving priorities and fast execution cycles.
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems for pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Additional experience in application security, SDLC tools, or modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC is considered a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovative technology environment with strong market momentum.
  • High-impact role with ownership over regional growth and enterprise sales strategy.
  • Collaborative international culture with close interaction across leadership, product, and technical teams.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity and software supply chain technologies.
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling business environment.
  • Flexible and modern working environment designed to support autonomy and performance.
  • Competitive compensation structure with performance-driven incentives.
  • Access to professional development opportunities and continuous learning within the cybersecurity sector.
