This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving enterprise revenue growth in the process automation and document AI space. You will lead a high-performing sales team responsible for acquiring and expanding strategic enterprise accounts across the U.S. market. Working closely with company founders and senior leadership, you will shape sales strategy, build scalable go-to-market processes, and directly influence revenue outcomes. The role combines hands-on enterprise deal execution with team leadership, requiring strong experience in complex B2B sales cycles. You will engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives to position advanced automation solutions that transform document-heavy business processes. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing environment where leadership, execution, and strategic thinking are essential.
- Lead, coach, and manage a distributed sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and quota targets.
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise clients, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and refine sales playbooks, OKRs, and KRAs to improve team performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, webinars, and proposals tailored to technical and enterprise buyers.
- Analyze sales data, pipeline health, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve conversion rates.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales talent while fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Collaborate with founders and leadership to align sales strategy with overall business objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, including at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience selling RPA, process automation, or similar enterprise automation solutions, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate distributed sales teams.
- Experience engaging and closing deals with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate value to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to work U.S. East Coast hours (8am–5pm) and collaborate across global teams.
