  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IT financial management practices, including budgeting, cost allocations, capital vs. operating expenses, and product-based funding models.
  • Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM), Apptio, or CIO advisory work, with the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL/data warehouse tools (e.g., SQL Server, SSMS, TOAD), and data analysis tools (Power BI, Python, VBA, or similar).
  • Experience integrating and transforming data across multiple enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms, ServiceNow, cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS).
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across IT and business functions without formal authority.
  • Experience supporting data governance, data quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of analytics processes.
  • Preferred certifications: ETBMA/RTBMA, ITIL/IT4IT, or data/analytics certifications (e.g., MCSE in Data Management & Analytics).
