Job Description
Precast Terrazzo Enterprises Inc., in Raleigh, NC, is a 100% Employee-owned company, a premier precast terrazzo supplier, and a branch of Terrazzo & Marble Supply Company. We are proud of our unique worldwide partnerships with architects and designers to produce specialized precast terrazzo products known for their quality and beauty. We are looking to add a Full-time Estimator to the team to help us meet our growing demands for our products.
This critical role is responsible for providing estimates for our custom precast orders, answering customer questions, drafting shop production tickets, and purchasing materials for product production. Every order is custom and requires attention to detail and accuracy.

- Pay: $59,000 to $61,000, depending on industry experience; potential to earn a yearly bonus, depending on company and individual performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and accurate estimation quotes to customers
- Providing advice, guidance, and answering customer questions about their custom orders
- Drafting the shop tickets
- Purchasing materials for production orders to ensure proper amounts are available for upcoming orders.
- Maintaining detailed notes on current and upcoming orders
- Workflow coordination
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 Years of previous experience in production estimation or other related fields
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with other departments
- Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- History of reliability and accountability
