This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Compliance Analyst based in Germany.
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting global ethics and compliance initiatives while helping to strengthen third-party risk management and regulatory compliance across international operations. In this position, you will conduct due diligence reviews, assess compliance risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Working in a dynamic, global environment, you will contribute to compliance monitoring, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Conduct risk-based due diligence reviews on prospective and existing third-party partners, with a focus on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance.
- Collect, review, and analyze information from public records, screening platforms, and other data sources to assess compliance risks.
- Document due diligence findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for review by compliance leadership.
- Support enhanced due diligence investigations, remediation activities, and risk mitigation efforts related to third-party concerns.
- Maintain accurate third-party risk records, compliance documentation, and related databases.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate onboarding, due diligence reviews, remediation actions, and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Support the administration of compliance systems, screening tools, and due diligence platforms to ensure operational efficiency.
- Generate reports and analyze compliance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources that promote consistent compliance practices.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to support monitoring activities, audits, certifications, and broader compliance initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to Ethics & Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Previous experience in Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of anti-bribery and anti-corruption principles, third-party due diligence processes, and risk-based compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex information from multiple sources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using Power BI or similar data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
