Fairfield Inn & Suites Lakewood Ranch is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Evening Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team.

Schedule
5-day work week
Evening shifts (including weekends and holidays as needed)
Full-time position
Responsibilities
Welcome guests with exceptional customer service.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a great guest experience.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems (experience with Marriott systems is a plus).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
