Accountabilities:
  • Drive business transformation initiatives by structuring client challenges and working with project leadership and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Contribute to consulting and problem-solving projects, applying business and technical knowledge to address complex client needs.
  • Engage with client stakeholders, including technical, business, and management teams, to understand different perspectives and align proposed solutions.
  • Conduct structured interviews, gather relevant information, prepare technical reports, and present findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Map business requirements for automation and software solutions, translating operational challenges into clear requirements for technology teams.
  • Develop and support digital, analytical, and productivity solutions involving BI, workflows, AI, and other emerging technologies.
  • Analyze and interpret technical documentation related to engineering, construction, maintenance, reliability, regulatory matters, and other areas relevant to the Energy & Utilities sector.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve projects, services, systems, processes, and organizational structures based on technical and business analysis.
  • Collaborate across functions and with global teams to design and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  • Travel and work onsite with clients when required to collect information, support project coordination, and facilitate implementation activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in consulting, with exposure to structured problem solving and client-facing projects.
  • Experience in engineering projects, IT transformation, digitalization initiatives, or related environments is desirable.
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Understanding of Energy & Utilities operations is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with intelligent operations, including IT/OT, AI/ML, Lean Operations, or Lean Construction, is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand complex business and technical contexts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Advanced or fluent English, both written and spoken, is a differentiator, particularly for conducting technical working meetings; Spanish is also a plus.
  • IT certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Willingness and availability to travel and work at client locations when required.
  • A collaborative, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project environments.
