About the Role:
This is a PART-TIME Position with scheduled 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Ideal candidate would be located in either Carnesville, GA or Ft. Mitchell, KY but remote work may be possible.
As a Recruiter based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both temporary and permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support college recruiting initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to screen candidates for best fit for the position; considering candidates for all open positions.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in internet recruiting and social media sourcing techniques.
- Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct internet recruiting and leverage social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to support contract and temporary staffing.

Your expertise in technical recruiting and contract recruitment allows you to identify specialized talent and fulfill both permanent and temporary staffing needs.
