Medical Education & Market Development Manager (M.D.)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Medical Education & Market Development Manager (M.D.) based in Brazil.

This is a strategic, highly collaborative role focused on expanding access to innovative medical learning and clinical resources across Brazil and Latin America.
You will combine your medical expertise with market knowledge to develop initiatives that engage medical students, physicians, universities, and professional organizations.
The role offers significant ownership in shaping local growth, outreach, and community-building strategies.
You will create partnerships, lead campaigns, and represent the organization through events, webinars, roadshows, and other initiatives.
Success will depend on your ability to connect qualitative feedback with quantitative performance data and continuously refine your approach.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and institutional sales specialists in an international, fast-paced environment.
This is an opportunity for a physician with an entrepreneurial mindset to make a meaningful impact on medical education and professional practice.

Accountabilities
  • Design and execute localized marketing, outreach, and market-development strategies for Brazil and the broader Latin American region.
  • Drive user acquisition and engagement among medical students, physicians, universities, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with medical associations, universities, student organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan and lead regional campaigns, roadshows, events, webinars, and other community-building initiatives.
  • Use medical expertise and regional knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen market presence.
  • Monitor campaign and partnership performance, analyze KPIs and qualitative feedback, and use insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, institutional sales, and other regional teams to coordinate market-development activities.
  • Create clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate communications and content to support outreach and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Licensed medical doctor (physician) in Brazil.
  • Native-level Portuguese and fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian medical education system, particularly ENAMED.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market insights and feedback into actionable strategies.
  • Results-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with quantitative KPIs and qualitative information.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
  • Creative and resourceful approach to solving problems and developing new initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the autonomy and initiative to take ownership of high-impact projects.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities and strategies can evolve.
  • High energy, resilience, curiosity, and determination when tackling ambitious goals.
  • Commitment to honest, transparent, and authentic communication when working with internal and external stakeholders.
