Help People Navigate Their Benefits with Confidence

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and getting the details right? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who will serve as a trusted resource to plan participants while also ensuring the accurate and timely processing of Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) benefit plan claims.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the participant’s experience from answering questions and providing knowledgeable, personalized service over the phone to carefully reviewing and entering claims in accordance with plan provisions and established procedures.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional, professional phone support to plan participants, answering questions and helping them navigate their benefit plans.
  • Educate participants on FSAs and HRAs, including eligibility, reimbursement processes, and required documentation.
  • Accurately screen, review, and enter claims, ensuring documentation and claim information meet plan requirements.
  • Research and resolve participant questions and claim issues with accuracy, efficiency, and sound judgment.
  • Follow established procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure claims are processed consistently and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records while protecting confidential participant information.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and deliver a seamless participant experience.

  • A customer-focused professional who genuinely enjoys helping people and finding solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain benefit information clearly and confidently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when reviewing and entering information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to apply established guidelines and procedures.
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, employee benefits, claims processing, or a related field is a plus.

Job Type:
Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible start time (8:00 or 8:30 a.m.)
  • Onsite fulltime for six months / transitions to hybrid (1 day remote/4 in office thereafter)
