This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consumer Sales Associate based in Canada.

This is a customer-focused sales role helping travelers find insurance solutions that match their individual needs.
You will manage inbound inquiries, explain available products, prepare quotes, and turn qualified opportunities into successful sales.
The role combines consultative selling with high-quality customer service, empathy, and attention to detail.
You will develop strong product knowledge and stay informed about policy updates and new offerings.
You will also work with AI, data analytics, machine learning, and cloud-based tools in a responsible and secure environment.
The position is fully remote and offers a supportive setting focused on professional development, wellbeing, and work-life balance.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity for candidates residing in Canada, excluding Quebec.

• Provide professional and responsive telephone support to e-commerce and insurance customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate insurance products or suitable alternatives.
• Educate prospective customers about available coverage, explain product options, prepare accurate quotes, and close sales.
• Address customer questions and concerns with empathy and confidence while guiding prospects toward a purchase decision.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, services, policies, and changes to ensure accurate customer guidance.
• Accurately enter customer information and update existing policy details as required.
• Deliver a consistently positive customer experience while working toward sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Use AI-enabled tools, data analytics, machine learning, and cloud-based systems responsibly, following established standards for data governance, security, and ethical technology use.

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• Post-secondary education is strongly preferred.
• TICO certification, or willingness to obtain the certification.
• An Accident and Sickness insurance license is considered an asset but is not required.
• Strong customer-service orientation with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, address objections, and confidently close sales.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and retain detailed product and policy information and adapt quickly to changes.
• Comfortable working with technology, AI-enabled tools, data-driven systems, and cloud-based platforms.
• French-language fluency is preferred but not required.
• Must reside in Canada; candidates residing in Quebec are not eligible for this position.

• Base pay of CAD $20.61 per hour.
