This is a high-responsibility, performance-driven remote role focused on managing distressed property acquisition pipelines within a fast-paced real estate investment environment. You will oversee the full lifecycle of foreclosure and pre-foreclosure leads, from initial contact through qualification, appointment setting, and handoff to acquisition specialists. The role combines leadership, sales execution, and operational oversight, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in daily pipeline management. You will be responsible for optimizing outbound campaigns, improving conversion workflows, and ensuring CRM accuracy across high volumes of leads. The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and highly structured, with strong emphasis on speed, accountability, and results. Your work will directly impact deal flow, revenue generation, and the success of distressed property acquisitions.
- Lead and structure the Foreclosure & Pre-Foreclosure lead management function, including outbound calling strategies, workflows, and performance standards.
- Oversee daily outbound and inbound communication efforts with homeowners, ensuring professional, empathetic, and high-conversion interactions.
- Manage and optimize lead pipelines, ensuring fast response times, proper qualification, and seamless handoff to acquisition specialists.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with calling teams to analyze KPIs, improve scripts, and enhance conversion outcomes.
- Maintain full CRM integrity (e.g., RESIMPLI, Podio, or similar), ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions, statuses, and lead histories.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics such as contact rates, conversion rates, appointment show rates, and pipeline health to leadership.
- Design and continuously improve follow-up systems, workflows, and cross-team communication processes to maximize deal flow efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate investment, inside sales, lead management, or high-volume call center leadership roles.
- Proven experience working with foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, or distressed property lead pipelines.
- Strong leadership experience managing appointment setters, sales agents, virtual assistants, or similar teams.
- Advanced proficiency with CRMs such as RESIMPLI, Podio, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone-based negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Highly analytical and structured mindset with the ability to manage large lead volumes and performance-driven environments.
- Availability to work aligned with U.S. business hours in a fully remote setup.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, KPI tracking, and lead nurturing strategies in real estate contexts.
- Monthly salary between $2,000 and $2,500 USD.
