Job Description

Senior Product Analyst

The Product Sr. Analyst is strategic, data-driven, and customer-centric role that will be responsible for supporting product vision and strategy, maintaining and executing roadmaps, and delivering features that solve customer problems and align with business goals. The Product Sr. Analyst will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and backlog refinement in coordination with senior team members. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution, ensuring alignment with department and practice priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and help execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered practice solutions in alignment with the group and department goals.

  • Maintain, communicate and provide feedback on the roadmap for assigned products, balancing near-term customer needs with established long-term team and department vision.

  • Maintain working knowledge of AI/ML technologies as well as product delivery processes and practices to inform product decisions and foster innovation.

  • Monitor customer feedback and AI trends to inform backlog priorities and suggest incremental improvements.

  • Support key lifecycle activities for AI products, including requirements definition, delivery readiness and execution as well as product iteration.

  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market research, and technical feasibility.

  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI projects.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their AI workloads, pain points, and future requirements.

  • Help track and report on agreed KPIs and success metrics; support stakeholder reviews of outcomes.

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on AI solutions.

  • Ensure that AI-driven products address real-world problems and provide measurable value.

  • Develop creative solutions and make improvements to processes, programs, and policies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of AI-driven products.

  • Follow and reinforce responsible AI development practices to ensure ethical, transparent, and fair usage of AI technologies.

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

  • A minimum of 2 years product management or product development experience

  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools

  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions

Preferred:

  • Experience coming from or building a strong product culture within an organization

  • Demonstrated ability to transition organizations into product-oriented cultures, shifting mindsets from project delivery to sustainable product thinking

  • AI literacy and direct experience launching AI-enabled products or features.

The target salary range for this role is:

$104,000 - $142,000 if located in Illinois.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program. Benefits information can be found at Sidley.com/Benefits.
