Unarmed Security Operations Monitoring Operator

Full-Time Position with all shifts available

Valentis Group Inc is seeking an experienced unarmed security operations monitoring operator to fulfill contractual demands. The position is located in Washington, D.C. It requires a Tier 4 federal background investigation. Applicants with existing clearances or recent Public Trust background investigations are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security management is a plus
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience recommended, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical Competence with Computers, CCTV, Microsoft applications

Candidate must complete the required client paperwork and be approved through their process before working on-site. Candidate must pass Valentis Qualifying Readiness Standards in Academics, Use of Force, and other trainings as required by Valentis policies.

Candidate must also pass physical fitness standards defined by the Federal Government.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct monitoring and support our client on closed-circuit television (CCTV) operations
- Other misc work

Compensation:

$27.86 per hour (fully loaded pay rate). The employee will become part of a union.
