Please consider applying for our Part-time Speech Therapist SLP Care partner position at our Cobb community. This position is day shift hours, approximately 20 hours per week.

Qualifications for our Speech Therapist SLP position include:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program
- Speech Language Pathologist License in good standing and able to practice in the state of Georgia
- Two years of experience in Skilled Nursing community preferred
- Experience working in a person directed care environment preferred
- Experience working with persons living with dementia
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team player, able to work harmoniously across multiple disciplines
- Ability to effectively interact with elders and their families
- Compassionate and empathetic towards elders, especially those who have communication difficulties
- Ability to assess and diagnose speech and language disorders accurately
- Experience with PointClickCare electronic records system preferred
