About the Role:

The Sales Manager in the Accommodation and Food Services industry is responsible for driving regional sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the unique demands of the hospitality sector. This role focuses on increasing sales volume through targeted outside sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the assigned territory. A critical outcome of this position is the creation and implementation of a robust sales plan that aligns with company goals and market trends, ensuring sustained revenue growth and market share expansion. Ultimately, the Sales Manager will be instrumental in achieving successful sales outcomes that contribute to the overall profitability and reputation of the organization within the United States market.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding regional sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, sales planning, and sales incentive programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
