The Revenue Cycle Training Specialist plays a key role in providing the highest quality of patient care while the patient is at Union Health.
The Patient Registration team plays an integral role by managing the hospital’s database, updating patient’s information, confirming insurance details, taking calls, responding to patients’ inquiries and concerns, and assuring that services are provided within professional standards and organizational policies to assist patients who lean on the Patient Registration team for answers.

Revenue Cycle Training Specialist Details
Essential Job Duties:
· Perform pre-class preparation, curriculum delivery in various formats, and post-class tasks.
· Conduct orientation, application-specific training, role-specific classes, and continuing education across the enterprise.
· Collaborate on building, testing, and maintaining training environments and materials.
· Develop and maintain training standard operating procedures.
· Lead “train the trainer” program, including onboarding schedules, skill evaluations, and course audits.
· Coordinate and conduct go-live support for new applications and processes.
· Provide administrative support for courses, maintain course materials, update attendance and grades, and audit courses in Workday.
· Partner with SMART to analyze workflows, compare client materials, and offer solutions.
Education, Training & Experience
· Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources preferred) or 3-5 years work experience.
