Quality Assurance Senior Service Manager
As the Quality Assurance Senior Service Manager (QASSM), you will work in conjunction with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure equipment leaves the facility in accordance with company quality standards. The QASSM will also work with location General Managers and Shop Managers to help train technicians and other members of the operation teams to ensure compliance with all company safety standards and quality assurance measures. Additionally, this role provides detailed reporting and business analysis to mid- and upper-level management. The QASM will report to the Regional Director.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Help to define and educate all teams on ‘Rental Ready’ standards by working with location Managers
• Responsible for verifying the Rental Readiness of all equipment leaving from Company Headquarters
• In conjunction with location Managers, will conduct training secession to teach technicians and other Operations team members in company safety standards and quality assurance measures.
• Oversee the Post-Sales Customer Service team.
• Will handle all Trouble Shooting Forms by reviewing, identifying, and facilitating knowledgeable actions to solve customer issues.
• handle escalated customer complaints.
• Conduct all training sessions including OSHA Forklift Safety, OSHA Safety standards and all training modules
• Work Schedule will be M-F 8:00am to 5:00 pm
Skills and Specifications

• Critical thinking skills to facilitate customer interactions, develop strategies and troubleshoot issues
• Leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects and teams
• 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role
• Mechanical Knowledge required
