  • Support families in navigating educational systems, IEP processes, transition planning, and community resources.
  • Assist neurodivergent adults with workplace accommodations, diagnosis disclosure, communication strategies, and professional development.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular follow-up consultations, timely documentation, recommendations, referrals, and prompt responses to client inquiries.

  • At least 3 years of experience providing parent training and caregiver coaching through ABA methodologies.
  • Experience supporting neurodivergent adults, including individuals with ADHD and Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly in workplace settings.
  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, with the ability to support clients across international time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage back-to-back consultations, prioritize effectively, and make sound clinical decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidential client information.
  • Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary remote teams; additional experience in counseling, learning disabilities, or adult support services is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, part-time contract role (up to 20 hours per week).
  • Flexible working schedule with the opportunity to support clients across Europe.
  • Meaningful work improving the lives of neurodivergent individuals, families, and workplace communities.
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary, and inclusive professional environment.
