In this role, you will shape and optimize global pricing strategy, building the frameworks and systems that guide high-impact commercial decisions. You will work at the intersection of data, product, marketing, and finance to design experimentation models, analyze demand elasticity, and ensure pricing adapts dynamically to market conditions. This is a highly strategic and hands-on position where your decisions directly influence revenue performance and global expansion. You will also play a key role in building pricing capabilities from the ground up, including processes, tooling, and team structure. The environment is remote-first, fast-paced, and focused on measurable impact rather than hierarchy or process overhead.
- Design and implement a global pricing framework that standardizes decision-making across markets and supports scalable revenue growth.
- Build and manage experimentation systems to test pricing strategies, validate hypotheses, and continuously optimize performance.
- Analyze customer behavior and market dynamics to model price elasticity and translate insights into actionable pricing strategies.
- Develop automated or semi-automated pricing deployment systems to ensure agility across multiple regions and currencies.
- Establish data-driven processes that enable real-time responsiveness to competitor actions and market fluctuations.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, finance, and external partners to align pricing decisions with broader business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing pricing function, fostering analytical rigor and strategic ownership within the team.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure alignment with commercial performance goals.
- Proven experience in strategic pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics within a high-growth B2C SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical background with experience modeling complex datasets and deriving insights on pricing elasticity and demand behavior.
- Hands-on experience designing or implementing pricing systems, ideally including automated or semi-automated pricing infrastructure.
- Ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable commercial strategies.
- Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, finance, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Experience in travel-tech, telecommunications, or subscription-based digital products is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical methods, such as Bayesian modeling or machine learning applied to pricing, is considered an advantage.
