Warehouse Outbound Checker in Baltimore, Maryland at Bond Distributing LLC

Warehouse Outbound Checker Position:

We are looking for a Warehouse Order Checker to manage dock operations on the 2nd shift. You will oversee the staging, wrapping, and loading of a wide variety of products under the guidance of the 2nd shift management team. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure pallets are properly picked, wrapped, labeled and loaded in a prompt and orderly fashion. Demonstrates knowledge of product recognition, organization, and ERP literacy.

· Execute Outbound Dock Operations on 2nd shift.

· Union Experience a Plus

· Ensure the pick team assigned to you is delivering consistency.

· Manage product pick accuracy and picker product cuts.

· Jockey trucks as needed.

· Maintain working relationships and strong communication with all shift employees and managers.

· Require that all Company procedures and policies are followed to prevent loss of product from damage.

· Safety Management in your designated work area

· ERP & WMS knowledge

Skills

· Proven work experience in outbound warehouse operations

· Hands-on experience with warehouse management software, equipment, and databases

· Self-starter with the ability to identify challenges and work collaboratively to address them

· Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication skills

· 4 / 10-hour shift (4:30PM – 2:30AM)

· Starting Monday (4:30PM) and Ending Friday (2:30 AM)

Experience:

· Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)
