Universal Plumbing is seeking a motivated Plumbing Helper to assist our Service Technicians with residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance. • Assist Service Technicians with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Retrieve supplies and assist with job site preparation and cleanup
• Follow directions from technicians and management
• Support technicians by anticipating needs and assisting where needed
• Report any issues, concerns, or potential repair failures to the technician immediately
• Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic while learning the trade
• Help maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

• Plumbing experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take direction and work effectively with a team
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Ability to work in confined spaces, crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift and carry 80 pounds or more
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
