What You'll Do

• Assist service technicians and retail customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• Research, identify, and recommend correct Honda parts and accessories
• Process parts orders, invoices, and returns accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy and help stock incoming shipments
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
• Promote maintenance items, accessories, and additional products when appropriate
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-focused

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Schedule provided in advance to support work-life balance

What We're Looking For

• Automotive parts experience preferred
• Honda or import dealership experience is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Computer proficiency and inventory management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
