Requirements:

  • Agency or high-growth SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in customer-facing environments with professionalism, confidence, and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines, prioritize high-value work, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable campaign insights.
  • Passion for the creator economy, influencer innovation, social media, and emerging digital trends.
  • Collaborative, resilient, accountable, curious, and growth-oriented approach to work.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, integrity, and ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Salary range of $65,000–$75,000 CAD, plus bonus potential.
  • Remote work opportunity in Canada.
  • Market-based and data-driven compensation approach.
  • Compensation reviewed bi-annually based on performance and market-related factors.
  • Eligibility for various benefits plans for permanent team members.
  • Opportunity to build hands-on expertise in influencer marketing and creator campaigns.
  • Exposure to data-driven campaign strategy, performance optimization, and client-facing work.
