This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Responsable de Comptes clés stratégiques based in India.

This senior strategic account management role focuses on developing and strengthening long-term relationships with high-value clients and executive stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sustained revenue growth across key accounts. The position requires a strong ability to align client priorities with value-added solutions while shaping long-term commercial strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize portfolio performance and deliver impactful business outcomes. The role also involves leading and mentoring teams, ensuring strong execution of account strategies and operational excellence. It is a high-impact position where relationship-building, strategic thinking, and commercial leadership directly influence market expansion and customer success.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain senior and C-suite level relationships with strategic accounts and partners.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within key accounts to drive growth.
  • Design and execute portfolio and account strategies in collaboration with internal business units.
  • Build and manage long-term contractual agreements while optimizing pricing and value delivery.
  • Understand client strategic priorities and design tailored value-added programs for each account.
  • Lead, coach, and manage teams responsible for account execution and performance delivery.
  • Ensure operational excellence, budget alignment, and achievement of strategic business targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, or enterprise relationship management.
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level stakeholders and complex B2B relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in portfolio management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, including coaching and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
