General Cleaner at Spencer Building Maintenance
Shift: Night
Monday-Wednesday-Friday
Start Time: 6pm End Time: 1:12am Lunch:30mins
Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:
- Cleaning Restrooms
- Taking out the trash
- Sanitizing
- Sweeping
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
Physical Demands:
- Stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Stand and walk throughout shift
- Make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, bending or squatting.
This positions requires to travel to different locations using a company vehicle, starting point will be the same location at all times in the Sacramento area.
Requirements:
- You must be 21 years old
- Valid driver license
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to be counted and relied upon; be on time.
- Must agree to wear any and all necessary personal protective equipment.
- Possess the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
