Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make a meaningful impact beyond traditional bookkeeping? Our growing CPA and Consulting Firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our Outsourcing & Client Advisory Services (CAS) Division.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them strengthen their financial operations, improve decision-making, and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple client accounting engagements.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform account reconciliations and month-end close procedures.
- Analyze financial information and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior accounting staff.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
- Payroll processing, and other tax compliance processing (e.g. quarterly tax filings, and monthly sales and use tax returns, among others).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Public accounting and/or outsourced accounting experience preferred.
- CPA license preferred. Need to show that is actively in the process of taking the CPA Exam.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Experience with Accounting Systems such as QuickBooks Online, Sage, Odoo, Oracle, among others
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as engagement management and time and billing softwares.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client service abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
