Behavioral Health Specialist II in Holyoke, Massachusetts at Holyoke Medical Center

To provide crisis evaluations in the emergency department and medical floors for youth, adult and geriatric population. Respond to consults in the emergency department for individuals with substance use support for patients. Provide appropriate referrals for outpatient providers and/or treatment i.e Partial Hospitalization Program/ Community Crisis Stabilization. Engage in case collaboration with the emergency department and/or medical floor treatment team. Utilize supervision for case consultation. Actively engage in supervised clinical hours to obtain independent licensure and other duties as assigned by the clinical coordinator.

Level of education required: M.Ed., M.A, M.S., MSW. In addition, must be licensed and hold LMHC, LICSW, LCSW.
