This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation:
- Base pay + uncapped commission
- On-Target Earnings: $55,000 – $80,000+
- Bi-Weekly pay

What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners/decision makers about energy needs
- Educate home owners on available solutions
- Help home owners select the right energy services
- Close sales and manage book of business
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation
No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
