Store Manager For La Milas Fountain Gate
La Milas is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive store performance.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, coaching and motivating the team, and achieving sales targets. Previous experience in retail and perfumes/fragrances is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
Deliver exceptional customer service
Manage daily store operations
Support staff training and development
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Build strong product knowledge in perfumes and fragrances
Requirements
Previous retail management experience
Experience and knowledge in perfumes/fragrances
Strong leadership and team coaching skills
Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be available to work Thursday nights and weekends
