Job Description

Riverside MFG., LLC builds software products for global clients, and our product and service team is growing. We're looking for an experienced full stack developer to join us full-time to design, build, and release web/mobile/desktop applications end to end — from database design and back-end services through polished front-end experiences.

You'll work alongside product managers, designers, and other developers in an agile environment. Level and salary depend on experience: we're open to a range of backgrounds, provided you can own features independently and deliver production-quality .NET code on time.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Blazor).
  • Design and implement scalable, secure REST APIs and back-end services.
  • Design and optimize relational databases; ensure efficient data management.
  • Collaborate with the design team on concepts, wireframes, and mock-ups.
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality and best practices.
  • Critically evaluate requirements and designs; identify weaknesses and define effective test coverage.
  • Document development, deployment, and maintenance processes where needed.

Other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years professional experience building and shipping web applications with the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET, Blazor). Depth of experience determines level and salary.
  • Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, Bootstrap, or similar).
  • 6+ years of experience in database design, development, and optimization with SQL databases (MSSQL, MySQL, or SQLite).
  • 6+ year of web infrastructure and hosting experience (cPanel, Apache, Shared/Dedicated Servers, Google Cloud/Azure/AWS, IIS, On Prem)
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
  • Proficiency with version control and agile tooling (Git plus GitHub, Bitbucket, SourceTree, Azure DevOps, or Jira).
  • Mobile development with .NET MAUI / Blazor Hybrid (iOS and Android).
  • Must be US Person in accordance with ITAR compliance
Nice to Have
  • Desktop development (WinForms, WPF, Avalonia).
  • Other web frameworks: PHP, WordPress, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Third-party component libraries (Telerik, MudBlazor).
  • Basic graphic design ability (Photoshop, Illustrator, or GIMP).
  • Technical certifications (cloud, Scrum, project management).
  • A portfolio or code samples (e.g., GitHub) demonstrating your work — highly desirable.
Working Style
  • Strong written and verbal communication; quick to speak up when issues are discovered.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple functional areas.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable on follow-through.
  • Adaptable to changing requirements in a fast-moving industry, with creative problem-solving.
