The Assembly Foreman is accountable for the physical erection of the modular buildings, including structural wall panels, interlocking roof skins, doors, and heavy HVAC framing. • Envelope Integrity: Ensure all wall-to-base, panel-to-panel, and roof joints are properly sealed, insulated, and weatherproofed according to engineering specifications.
  • Component Integration: Coordinate the installation of sub-assemblies such as exterior doors, bulkhead penetration plates, and structural framing for wall-mounted HVAC units across the work shop and yard.
  • Field Redline Tracking: Log any tight-fit panel adjustments or fastening updates on the physical drawings, handing them over to the Design Support Specialist for as-built logging.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to work comfortably outdoors in the construction yard during final weatherproofing.
