Position Overview
We're looking for full-time Warehouse Associates who understand general warehouse operations: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and the importance of inventory accuracy. This position works with team members primarily to fulfill orders (picking and packing).
If you have experience picking, packing, invoicing, and restocking, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we'd love to meet you! Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a team.

HOURS:
• Full-time second shift: M-Th between 1:30 PM and Midnight. Forklift experience preferred.
• INCENTIVES: We offer both individual and team incentive programs. Earn up to an additional $4.50/hour and paid Fridays off when individual and team goals are met. We'd love to share the details with you during an interview!

Note: We are located at 4060 W 2100 N, Suite A, Lehi, UT 84048.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Receiving and Inbound Logistics: Collaborate with the warehouse team to safely and efficiently unload, inspect, and stage upcoming shipments.
• Fulfillment and Order Accuracy: With an eye for detail and accuracy, assist in restocking and replenishment
• Inventory Management: Assist with restocking and replenishment while working with team members to maintain strict inventory accuracy.
• Documentation and Logistics Support: Prepare and complete necessary paperwork for shipping.
• Facility Maintenance and Safety: Help maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free warehouse environment while adhering to all safety best practices.

• Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Able to work accurately with a sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt to and learn software quickly (ERP system, UPS/FedEx, etc.)
• Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
• Able to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work a modified work schedule as needed
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team
• Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices
• Able and comfortable multitasking and wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication

Physical Requirements
• This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and pushing
• Must be able to lift and move boxes over 55 pounds frequently
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists
