Federal Work Study Student Worker in Fremont, Ohio at Terra State Community College

POSITION SUMMARY:

The student worker will answer the telephones and assist students with basic questions. Assist in making calls to students using a script provided to them. Filing and scanning of documents, assembly of folders or other information as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Financial Aid personnel with the following items:

• Answer phone

• Answer basic Financial Aid questions

• Direct student to the appropriate person for assistance

• Filing

• Scan documents

• Assist with division front desk

• Assist students with Financial Aid computer use

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE:

Must be a Terra State Community College student enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours per term and have a minimum 2.0 GPA.
