At least 7 years of progressive experience in construction management, construction inspection, owner’s representation, or contractor-side project delivery.
Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications and effectively manage project costs, schedules, quality, and documentation.
Experience with public infrastructure, housing rehabilitation or reconstruction, federally funded construction, or disaster recovery projects.
Familiarity with government consulting engagements or other regulated, deadline-driven project environments.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and produce accurate, well-organized deliverables.
