$90,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Develop and implement care plans that prioritize the well-being and dignity of each resident.
- Foster a collaborative environment by building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.
- Coordinate with the regional team to align community goals with organizational objectives.
- Manage budgets effectively to optimize resources while maintaining high-quality care standards.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Wisconsin
- Experience in assisted living, CBRF, memory care, or long-term care; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Associate degree or higher in nursing, or qualifying healthcare experience with the ability to complete the DHS-approved Assisted Living Administrator course
- Strong clinical judgment in assessment, medication oversight, and change-in-condition management
- Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold a team accountable
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-directed, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of results
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers
