Custom Castings is a member of the Nordstern Group of Companies, which also includes Protek Surface Technologies, Forte Tooling Technologies, and Sure Cast Aluminum Foundry. We are an integrated, single-source solutions provider delivering consistent, high-quality aluminum permanent mold castings to our customers.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor/Production Support team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.

Starting Wage - $19.40/Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• • Clean and maintain production areas, lunchrooms, washrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Manage the employee uniform program.
  • Clean, empty, and secure lockers assigned to former employees.
  • Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the facility.
  • Keep the building perimeter, entrances, and walkways clean by sweeping and removing garbage and debris.
  • Operate a snowblower and clear paths of snow.

What You Bring:

• • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience is an asset.
  • Have forklift experience or be willing to train.
  • Ability to operate a walk-behind floor sweeper & scrubber.
  • Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist in a variety of tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
