Start the Morning Strong

The day begins with reviewing incoming shipments, organizing materials, and preparing the warehouse for production and outbound deliveries. Warehouse Clerks work closely with the production and project teams to make sure priorities are aligned and deadlines are met.

You’ll help stage materials, prepare packaging stations, and ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and ready for the day ahead.

Quality Control Matters

Attention to detail is everything at Exploring Graphics. Throughout the day, Warehouse Clerks inspect finished graphics, signage, and materials before they leave the building.

This includes:

1. Checking measurements and quantities
2. Reviewing labels and packing lists
3. Inspecting products for damage or defects
4. Ensuring projects meet company and client standards

Our clients expect quality, and our warehouse team helps deliver it.

Packaging & Shipping in Action

Once products pass QC, Warehouse Clerks carefully package materials for shipment. From custom graphics to large event materials, every item must be secured properly to ensure safe delivery.

Daily tasks may include:

1. Wrapping pallets and preparing freight
2. Labeling shipments
3. Coordinating pickups with carriers
4. Loading and unloading trucks
5. Preparing shipping documentation

This role requires organization, urgency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Teamwork Throughout the Day

Warehouse Clerks work alongside production teams, installers, project managers, and logistics staff to keep operations moving smoothly.

Communication and collaboration are essential. Whether helping locate materials, preparing rush shipments, or supporting production schedules, the warehouse team plays a key role in every project’s success.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

The ideal candidate is:

1. Detail-oriented
2. Organized and dependable
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
4. Experienced in warehouse operations, QC, and packaging
5. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
6. A team player with a positive attitude

Experience in graphics, exhibits, printing, or production environments is a plus.
