JOB SUMMARY: Functions under the supervision of the Registered Nurse in a cooperative effort with the health care team to assist in providing a variety of patient care related duties in assigned areas of surgical services. Transports the following, including but not limited to: Perioperative patients, blood and blood products, supplies, linens, and specimens in a safe and proper manner.

REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate. 1-3 years of experience. American Heart Association CPR Certification. CNA/GNA preferred. Endoscopy processing certification required within 18 months of hire.
