You will act as a strategic advisor, connecting business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational leaders to deliver scalable ERP improvements.

You will manage complex implementation projects, from requirements gathering and planning through configuration, migration, and deployment.

As a Global Senior NetSuite Consultant, you will lead ERP initiatives that improve operational performance, ensure effective system adoption, and support business growth. You will serve as a key point of contact for ERP-related activities, coordinating with global stakeholders and guiding projects from strategy through execution.
- Analyze, coordinate, and manage NetSuite adaptation projects, including schedules, timelines, resources, procurement activities, and budgets.
- Serve as the primary contact for ERP-related questions, support needs, and solution discussions across global teams.
- Collaborate with business managers, directors, and executive stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
- Promote ERP solutions and processes aligned with global design standards and industry best practices.
- Identify legacy processes and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, and strategic recommendations by synthesizing complex business and technical information.
- Manage project milestones, deliverables, performance indicators, and service-level expectations.
- Support ERP governance initiatives, including finance controls, IT policies, and data management standards.
- Assist with onboarding new subsidiaries and acquired businesses into the global ERP environment.
- Lead and support data migration activities, system configuration, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.
- Create functional and technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
- Deliver training and support to ensure successful system utilization across teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP implementation expertise, business process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, financial expertise, and project leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP implementations, optimization projects, or enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms, including functional configuration and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP processes, particularly within finance and accounting functions.
- Experience documenting functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Knowledge of data migration, ERP governance, system documentation, and implementation methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery oversight.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering user training.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, remote, and cross-functional environment.
- Competitive annual salary range of $164,715 – $247,073 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
