JOB SUMMARY:

The Action Center is leading an exciting and transformative initiative: the renovation and repurposing of a former Lakewood public school campus into The Daylight Collective, a collaborative community hub where multiple mission-aligned organizations can operate under one roof. The Director oversees facility operations, capital planning, vendor management, compliance, and long-term maintenance strategies while aligning facilities management with the Agency’s broader organizational goals. This is a highly collaborative role, working with other leaders of the agency to operationalize the Daylight Collective’s vision.
