ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Casleo LLC DBA Global Meals, is a well-established and growing company that provides home delivered meals to the elderly across various communities. As a Russian Call Center Representative, your contributions will be essential in helping us fulfill our mission of meeting the nutritional needs of older adults by providing them with globally sourced, healthy, delicious, and nutritious meals.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a member of the Russian Customer Service team and reporting to the Russian Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails from our Russian and Ukrainian customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone inquiries
• Managing customer accounts
• Assisting with order placement
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken
• Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring they are resolved
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of new customer data and activating new customers in the system

QUALIFICATIONS:

To be successful in this role, candidates should be:

• Able to speak Russian/Ukrainian fluently, English – intermediate level
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Call center experience would be a plus
• Strong in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic or higher level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
