Highland Baking Company is hiring experienced High Reach Forklift Operators / Order Pickers to join our Frozen Shipping team!

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who have experience operating high-reach forklifts and can work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, freezer warehouse environment.

• Safely operate high-reach forklifts to move, retrieve, and store frozen products in elevated warehouse racking systems.

• Accurately pick, organize, and stage customer orders for shipment.

• Load, unload, and transport pallets while maintaining product quality and accuracy.

• Verify product quantities and ensure orders are prepared according to shipping requirements.

• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures, food safety standards, and warehouse policies.

• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines.

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a high-reach forklift is required.

• High-reach forklift experience is required. Cherry picker or standard sit-down forklift experience alone does not qualify.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or cold-storage experience preferred.

• Ability to work in freezer temperatures for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be available to work assigned shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to work 8–12-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment.

• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer conditions.

• Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
