Description: Applicants must reside in the DFW metroplex and be able to work a hybrid model, currently consisting of two (2) days in office and three (3) days remote weekly.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform day-to-day software development using Agile tools and practices
  • Provision and configure cloud infrastructure and DevOps CI/CD pipelines and processes
  • Work closely with the Director of Technology and product owners to implement rapid proof- of-concepts and vet proposed software and infrastructure solutions
  • Draft technical documentation and diagrams for existing and future software
  • Proactively identify and triage shortcomings/limitations in existing and proposed processes
  • Be willing and able to enthusiastically assist with coworkers’ day-to-day interactions with our software/workstations, and provide support when needed
  • Utilize domain-driven design and functional programming methodologies to write bullet proof and “beautiful,” maintainable code
Requirements:
  • 3+ years working in a professional business environment
  • 2+ years implementing complex business solutions in code
  • 2+ years configuring and monitoring cloud-based (Azure/AWS) infrastructure
  • Experience developing with C+ (.net6), Angular, Enterprise Java, and transactional SQL targeting web, backend services, and document management
  • Adept problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and basic computing/office skills
  • Pre-emptively performs SDK documentation/stack overflow research
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Technical Writing and complex concept distillation prowess
