The Director, Integrated Specialty Practices will lead business development across strategically important specialty healthcare networks, helping expand access to innovative diagnostic and therapeutic oncology solutions.
This role combines strategic account leadership, partnership development, project management, and commercial execution across complex healthcare organizations.
You will strengthen existing relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities that can unlock additional market potential.
The position requires close coordination across multiple functions and external partners to turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
You will develop multi-year strategies, sales operating plans, and initiatives designed to acquire and retain customers while exceeding organizational goals.
Success will depend on strong healthcare market knowledge, executive-level relationship building, and the ability to navigate changing industry dynamics.

- Develop and maintain relationships with strategically important partners across assigned specialty networks.
- Lead business development initiatives that expand market opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within assigned networks.

- Develop, execute, and lead rolling multi-year strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and sustainable growth.
- Create and manage quarterly and annual sales operating plans designed to exceed corporate goals.
- Coordinate activities across multiple functional areas and external organizations to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor financial metrics and business performance to ensure results meet or exceed established objectives.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors, terminology, technologies, market trends, and customer challenges.
- Use insights gathered through network relationships and other sources to identify changing market conditions and proactively initiate improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or higher level of education is preferred.
- 10+ years of account management experience.
- Strong knowledge of contract development, negotiation, execution, and implementation.
- Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. specialty GPOs, LUGPA, and vertically integrated healthcare networks is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated executive management and leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead project management initiatives and coordinate complex, cross-functional activities.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic plans from initial concept through revenue generation.
- Experience managing third-party partnerships and complex external relationships.
- Ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams around common objectives.
- Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus.
