To be responsible for IT support at UVN.

1. Provides IT support across the company including our factory area, warehouse operations and office users;

Cung cp h tr công ngh thông tin trên phm vi toàn Công ty bao gm khu vc nhà máy, hot ng kho hàng và nhân viên vn phòng;

1. Resolves incidents and fulfil service requests in accordance with pre-defined SLA;

1. Maintains client devices in good condition, maintain accurate asset inventory of client devices;

1. Assists on maintain good condition on Servers, Network devices, meeting room facilities;

1. Handles I.T. procurement or administrative works;

1. Ad hoc assignments which required to assist as advised from Regional Team Head.

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience/ Trình , kin thc và kinh nghim:

1. At least 2 years working experience on Infrastructure, Networking, IT Helpdesk Support;

Có ít nht 2 nm kinh nghim làm vic v c s h tng, mng, h tr b phn tr giúp công ngh thông tin;

1. Troubleshooting knowledge and experience of below aspects are highly preferred but not a must:

1. Experience in factory environment is highly preferred;

1. Good team player and work as a part of the team across APAC region;

Formal Education & Certification/ Giáo dc, Bng cp & Chng nhn:

1. Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Networking and Hardware, Information Technology or Engineering or above.

Hc Khoa hc Máy tính, Mng và Phn cng Máy tính, Công ngh Thông tin hoc K thut tr lên.

Work Conditions/ iu kin làm vic:

1. 40-48 hours per week. Rotating Saturday off.

40- 48 gi/ tun. Ngh luân phiên th By.

1. To be busy and work in high pressure environment;

1. Usually work in a good environment, cool air-conditioner.
