Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40+ Hours per Week
Superior Outdoor Products is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Extrusions team in New Holland, PA.
In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently by troubleshooting equipment issues, completing repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

What You'll Do- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
- Diagnose mechanical issues and assist with equipment repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and other maintenance tools
- Assist with equipment alignment, assembly, disassembly, and installation
- Provide basic machining and fabrication support for machine parts, extrusion tooling, and other projects
- Learn the operation and maintenance requirements of equipment throughout the Extrusions facility
- Work with production and other departments to resolve equipment issues
- Maintain accurate records of parts and labor used for maintenance work
- 1–2 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Dependable and safety-focused
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

This position works primarily in a manufacturing environment. Employees regularly use their hands to operate tools and equipment and are frequently required to stand, reach, communicate, and move throughout the facility. The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
