Job Description
Description: As a Manufacturing Operator, youll play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth flow of our beverage production process. Your role will involve handling bottles throughout various stages of manufacturing, ensuring they are properly inspected, sorted, and prepared for filling. Youll be responsible for monitoring the quality of bottles, identifying any defects or abnormalities, and taking corrective actions as necessary to uphold our product standards.
Schedule:
2nd Shift | 2pm 12:30am | Monday Thursday
Overtime may be required based on business needs and operational demands. This may include additional hours on Fridays and weekends. Employees are expected to maintain flexibility to accommodate occasional schedule changes and overtime as needed.
Pay: $19 22.10/hour
What Youll Do:
Safely maneuver around machinery as needed
Maintain a clean work area
Maintain OEE standards
Perform general cleanup and maintenance of your work area
Effectively communicate operational issues with Leadership Team
Operate the machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Follow and monitor all guidelines and procedures
Follow company procedures regarding safety and quality
Other duties as assigned.
Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing the requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team.

Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential for this position. Employees are expected to maintain a strong attendance record and report to work on time and ready to perform their assigned duties for all scheduled shifts. Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled start times are critical to the successful operation of the business.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
