Were opening the door to a new Assistant Property Manager at our 102-unit community, and we want someone organized, driven, and genuinely invested in residents.

Youll work side by side with the Property Manager, keep daily operations running smoothly, and have real influence on occupancy and resident satisfaction. We promote from within, so this role can take you somewhere.

What We Offer:

• $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour DOE
• Eligible for Monarchs commission structure for Leasing and Renewal Commissions, potentially up to $7,600 annually

What Youll Do:

Leasing & Occupancy

• Drive leasing activity and keep occupancy strong
• Maximize renewals and resident retention
• Coach and mentor leasing consultants
• Step in and lead leasing when needed

Financial & Administrative

• Help manage rent collections and delinquencies
• Pull reports on renewals and operations
• Keep resident files accurate and compliant
• Manage office supply inventory

Resident Relations

• Deliver service residents notice and remember
• Respond quickly to concerns and service requests
• Build a positive, community-minded environment

Compliance & Operations

• Uphold company policies and Fair Housing laws
• Support marketing and keep listings accurate
• Lead the property in the Property Managers absence

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of multifamily property management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid leasing, renewal, and rent collection experience
• Yardi and Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and local/state regulations
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
